Bill Artzberger

Founder

Bill Artzberger and his brother, Jim, founded Viewpoint in 1982. From humble beginnings -- working out of a single car garage, with one camera -- they evolved their vision of Viewpoint into the rental and location production services company it is today.

"It's easier to wear slippers than to carpet the world." Actually, I think Mark Twain said it first!

Although Bill retired from day to day operations in 2005, that doesn't mean he's retired! He can still be spotted in the E450 production truck, working at motor sport events throughout the country. Bill forwards his "Road Trip" photos to us -- they always have a story to tell, and keep everyone posted on his whereabouts.

He was recently presented with the prestigious "Freelancer of the Year Award" by Chet Burks Productions for his hard work, dedication, and witty sense of humor. "I've never laughed so hard as I did at the awards ceremony," says Jill Gill. "It truly was a deserving moment for BA." Bill gets more enjoyment from his work than most people do from their hobbies. He loves what he does, and it shows in everything he does!

Bill is the very proud father of daughters Mary and Nora.
