Viewpoint Offers The Sony HXC 100 package in numerous configurations to meet your production needs. Every Sony HXC 100 package consists of the Sony HXC-100 Triax Camera, Sony HXCU 100 CCU, RCP 1500, Lens, and Tripod. The camera system features built in intercom, remote tally, return video and shading & paint controls through the supplied Sony RCP 1500.
The HXC-100 camera utilizes a digital triax system that expands its operations in field applications, as well as for studio production. The HXC-100’s digital triax system can be integrated into conventional SD triax-based infrastructures, enabling an easy upgrade from existing systems.
The Sony HXC-100 camera is equipped with field-proven 2/3-inch type full-resolution 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720.

Configuration includes all of the necessary components to add an HXC 100 with a wide-angle lens to your system. Buttons on the lens allow the operator to easily key their headset microphone and view return video. A tripod is included to keep the camera safe when not in use. Using a wide-angle lens when shooting hand held allows the operator to hold a steady shot, along with adding additional creativity. This configuration is perfect for situations where space is limited and entertainment shows. Viewpoint also offers this configuration as a studio kit.
